Co-parental leave is such an incredibly important thing… I continue to hope the US will get it’s shit together establish a mandatory parental leave policy for new parents. We have actually just joined a university with a wonderfully welcoming maternity/paternity leave policy and it’s amazing to see positive action on the university’s part to ensure it’s faculty and staff feel supported! These things make a HUGE difference!
